According to a CDC study in the US, 1 in every 25 drivers falls asleep when driving EVERY month! There’s such a high number of drivers that fall asleep behind the wheel and imagine how dangerous it is! In today’s episode, I will discuss how sleep deprivation can affect driving and share with you tips on how to mitigate drowsy driving and be a sharper and safer driver on the road.
